Ed Willing, Executive Director

Raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin of humble means, Ed was raised by a single mother who also took her God-given call to raise her child in the way they should go seriously, homeschooling him K-12. Growing up in Milwaukee and the son of an entrepreneurial mother made him a natural fit for small business, political research, debates and eventually online blogging. After college, studying music and theology, Ed graduated and entered the workforce while volunteering in Church music ministries. Between the opportunity to be the Youth Coordinator for a Presidential campaign in 2000, and becoming a real estate investor and small business owner, he learned quickly the realities of government intervention and taxation. He continued working in real estate until the recession caused him to start Lael, his own sales and marketing training company. Channeling his acquired skills from the sales training industry, Ed began to construct seminars about Constitutional history and activism. This has helped establish a non-profit that helps to link together actual activists, recruited and trained by FoundersIntent.org and working to pass actual legislation in local communities that help further the cause of not only limited, but also localized government. His son is his singular motivation in changing the world today.

Monica Frede

Monica is a firm believer in the original intent of the constitution, the prophetic words of our founding fathers, and the power of self-governance to maintain righteousness, justice, prosperity and liberty in America. Monica is not a believer in government control, however convenient it is, secular education, however liberating it may feel, or evolutionary constitutionalism, however politically correct it sounds.

She lives outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin and works as an HR consultant. She graduated with a degree in Creative Writing, and after several articles have been published, now considers herself a freelance writer.  She grew up in a family of self-taught constitutional scholars, graduated a pupil of conservatism, and is thrilled for the opportunity to share thoughts with the Founders Intent audience.

While that effort failed, he has realized that the main influencers are bloggers, so he has his own blog on political affairs HERE. Most recently, he was one of the main organizers for the Celebrate Walker Rally at Hart Park in Wauwatosa, WI, a local media firestorm that highlighted was grassroots organizations can do while sitting at a Buffalo Wild Wings.
