Daniel Hubert, Esq., Contributor

Dan Hubert is an attorney from Springfield, Missouri. He served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Christian County, Missouri before entering private practice. He graduated from Regent University School of Law (’09) with a Juris Doctor, and from Evangel University (’06) with degrees in Government, Public Administration, and a minor in History. Mr. Hubert has interned on Capitol Hill and externed for a Federal Judge. His motivation for restoring the Founders Intent via the 10th Amendment is his wife of five years, Leslie, and his son James.
